Brian identified the problem quickly and resolved it. He was very pleasant and courteous throughout the service call. I do have a comment about excessive text messages and emails. There were 9 texts and 10 emails regarding this one service call. A confirmation and a reminder would have been adequate. Also, I was originally scheduled for Wednesday morning 11/20 because I had an afternoon appointment. However, the time was changed to the afternoon of that day, so I had to miss my appointment in order to be present.
