Brian listened to what was wrong. Tried his best to fix what was wrong with the washing machine. He was friendly, courteous and professional while working on my washing machine. He answered all my questions and if needed, he showed me what was wrong or how to do something to keep my machine clean.

Clayton was knowledgable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave me suggestions on how to treat the washing machine issue on my own and then if that does not work, I would need expensive repairs or else a new machine. He was informative and friendly and worked quickly.
