Seth is doing the best he can to repair my range for over 3 months now. He keeps asking for parts research as the part shows unavailable. He comes back and asks me if I have the part and of course I say no asi keep being told the part is unavailable. Sears warranty will now be blogged as the biggest ripoff and scam and it will be posted all over LinkedIn and X and FB.

I have a crack and missing piece on my washing machine faceplate that I didn't have prior to Seth's appt. He did diligently try and silicone everything back together. He was thorough and friendly, but had issues during the appt. It took a lot longer than I expected

Told us the dishwasher has condensation drying and that it does not dry plastic. Our dishwasher says…. condensation dry - No. So he doesn't know what he's doing with this dishwasher

The guy that came out was very knowledgeable and did good work. It doesn't seem like the ice maker is fixed though. It's not making ice very well and we should have more ice at this point. If our problem gets fixed, I will happily give him a five
