Awesome but the window of wait time needs to be cut down. I waited from 0800 till 3:30 till knee if was coming. You sent an email that said press 1 to confirm. Can NOT do this with email!!!so worried tech might not come!

Matthew listened carefully to the problems and diagnosed the issue for each item. He fully repaired the dryer because he had the parts. Wish thet were allowed to carry more parts and could return sooner to complete the other repairs. Wait time is too long for overall service.
