Seth was very intent on finding why my washer was leaking. The first time he came put a clamp on the drain hose. I was so happy to be able to use my washer. Did 2 loads and no problem, 3rd load I had water again on the floor. Called dispatch and I was very rude(which I apologize for). New appt was set up for Oct 24th, Seth came and spent a lot of time running the washer(in a very confined place and on the floor)! He couldn't see any leak, he told me maybe I had a floor leak. Thought ok I'll try to do a load...bad choice, water on floor again. I live in a slab home. For some reason I checked the drain in the utility room and found that it had water in it and what appeared to be muddy grass. Called a local sewer service and they were out today cleaned it out and now water is going down. Seth went above and beyond doing his job. Hopefully I won't be calling for any more service on my washer....but if I do, please send Seth! Sears is lucky to have him as a service representative. Thank you -Nancy Hammar
