This repair took nearly 3 months to complete. There were several broken appointments due to tech scheduling issues and incorrect parts ordered. The is not an issue with the Technician that completed the repair! It is an issue with SHS. Ever since Sears closed the Cedar Rapids store the level of service has been declining. This last service has been the worst repair experience I have ever had. Again, this is not an issue with the technician.

Matt came as the result of a claim through Choice Warranty. He was awesome came in looked a frig, determined issue, worked with Choice and got it repaired. We told him about issue we had with the claim and he explained how A&E worked with Choice. I would recomend Matt. I have other issues with Choice not Matt. THe online system that A&E uses need much attention. It constantly hangs up on you.
