This repair took nearly 3 months to complete. There were several broken appointments due to tech scheduling issues and incorrect parts ordered. The is not an issue with the Technician that completed the repair! It is an issue with SHS. Ever since Sears closed the Cedar Rapids store the level of service has been declining. This last service has been the worst repair experience I have ever had. Again, this is not an issue with the technician.
