It's great to have a familiar face when your appliances are constantly breaking haha. But seriously, Clayton is always looking out for the customer, figuring out what needs to be done and strategizing efficiently when it's a more complicated multi appointment repair. It's nice to feel like someone is on your side in this often impersonal world.
