Brian Has made two visits to repair our Dryer. The first visit he diagnosed what was wrong and identified and ordered the 3 parts required to fix our dryer. The parts ordering and delivery process was extremely quick.Brian returned as soon as the parts were delivered and satisfactorily repaired our dryer. I was extremely impressed by his knowledge, how he kept us informed and his respect for our home. Sears should be extremely proud of how well BrianC represents them.Obviously one of your best.
