Brian was very understanding in the issues caused to our clothes and underperformance of our machine. He believes, as do we, we are not mistreating our machine and are using it as instructed/intended....yet it does not perform as advertised and guaranteed by Samsung. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional and we will certainly use him again and suggest to family and friends to do the same.
