Very knowledgeable very service oriented
Drew knows his stuff, after I explained all of the symptoms that I experienced/saw/heard and the initial things that I had done to diagnose without finding the failure, he dived right in and was able to find the failure right away. Also great attitude and he doesn't mind explaining what he is doing and why he is doing it (I'm an engineer so I like tech talking with the technicians so I learn about more stuff).

The Broken Fridge
The Tech from Sears Home Services was excellent. Johnny troubleshot the problem very quickly. He ordered the parts he needed and returned to finish the job. There was some delay between Sears and Home Choice warranty. After dealing with Home Choice a couple of times I believe it was them that caused my problems. Can't wait to review them.

Excellent Service
Very pleasant and professional technician. I was charged an extra $100 for additional service where the dishwasher was not fixed because of an additional part needed that didn't have anything to do with the technician. I would like that refunded.
