He was knowledgeable and gave me the quote, however the quote was too high. I may as well be a new refrigerator. So I declined it.

Your AI is not flexible to get to a rep. And obviously the reps still don’t correct things or enter properly. We never made a dry appointment but we kept getting calls and emails on dryer.

My vacation home in Kauai had a problem with the dryer. I have a stackable washer dryer combo. First guy that came out to see the dryer. Didn’t even open the back of the dryer. So I’m not sure how he even knew what was wrong with it.
