I was very pleased with Dereck's service call. He resolved my problem with the refrigerator. He was so polite and explained the problem in detail. He was very quick with diagnosing the problem. Thank you Dereck very much! What I don't understand is why someone sent me a message saying my appointment was cancelled when the service had already been provided. A bit confusing.Maybe just a quirk in the computer system.

Great service! I didn’t know where the water shut off to the dishwasher but Derrick located it under the house. Had the new water valve fitted in no time and completed the whole job in half an hour. Great work - thank you Derrick!
