Repair service person did an efficient and speedy job as he has on 2 previous occasions. The first time was with a gas stove, the second time was with a stand up freezer, and this time diagnosing and relating why the bottom freezer portion of the refrigerator did not work properly. Derrick was great although the first thing he told me was that they don’t service undercounter refrigerators. I had dutifully input my model and serial numbers when I signed up for the service and yet nothing kicked back telling me you don’t service them. This was not Derrick’s fault. Thankfully he was willing to take a look anyway and much to my chagrin, it was a matter of pressing and HOLDING the “Cool On” button to fix the frig. It seems your appointment system needs to actually confirm that the model and serial number you ask us to input can be serviced or not. I would have been pretty upset if Derrick hadn’t been willing to look at our non-functioning frig!
