Your AI is not flexible to get to a rep. And obviously the reps still don’t correct things or enter properly. We never made a dry appointment but we kept getting calls and emails on dryer.

My vacation home in Kauai had a problem with the dryer. I have a stackable washer dryer combo. First guy that came out to see the dryer. Didn’t even open the back of the dryer. So I’m not sure how he even knew what was wrong with it.

0 stars - phone number forces you to speak to an AI bot, says no live person is ever available to speak to, no available service appointments, then it hung up on me. The Frigidaire rep wasn’t able to schedule an appointment with them either. Speechless

Sears sends me emails about Sears Kapaa with promotional discounts but they actually no longer exist on Kauai. They also no longer let customers talk to a live person any longer. The only contact is with an AI Bot that can't answer anything but the most basic questions. IT's pretty sad to see the continued demise of Sears has only been accelerated. I thought the management in the past was terrible but they have taken the company to a new low.

Do not bother calling this company. They don't exist on Kaua'i, but they don't tell you that and leave you thinking that someone will call you to schedule the service call repair. No one calls.

Terrible he literally left the dryer unhooked because he was too lazy to actually get a longer duct that would reach and be able to be hooked up so we took a dryer that worked fine and literally made it not work at all. We wish he never came.

I would like to give you zero stars! I've never had problems with Sears repair until now. You can only talk to a non person now, "Sam" the AI that is so unhelpful. Parts were never ordered by the technician that first came out, I was charged over $500 for the repair, the appointment was rescheduled repeatedly over the past month because parts hadn't arrived. I contacted Sears this am and the AI said no parts were ordered. service ordered. So I made an appointment to try again, no one showed for the appointment. I called to report this, the AI says there is no service order on file for me at all now. I asked you speak to a person, she said no can. I tried to do it online as she suggested, no luck so I called back When I called back to schedule an appointment to try again to get my washer fixed, the AI stops responding when I request an appointment. I'm beyond frustrated. I've been charged close to $600 parts and labor and NOTHING has been done

Had an appointment scheduled for 8am to 5pm today. Nobody showed up. I received the reminder email that today is the day, but I never got a text message that anyone was on the way. There is no live person to talk to, only ai. There is no way to ask what happened to our service person. All that I was able to do is to reschedule, which will be another 7 days from now. Then what? Wait another 7 hours top see if anyone shows up?

They canceled on us 3 times. Their phone support people can't or won't help. They won't give us the number of their local technician. We've been a month without a fridge and they just keep canceling at the last minute and "re-scheduling" us.

Sears Home Services has canceled on us THREE TIMES. We have arranged our schedule to be home and then have been canceled mid-day on the day of the scheduled repair. Because of cancelations, we have been without our refrigerator for over a month. It's incredibly hard to find a number to speak with someone on the phone and when you do, it's a call center and they can't seem to do much to help. DO NOT TRUST THEIR RESERVATIONS - they are likely to be canceled MULTIPLE TIMES.
