Technicians are great!!!! Your noticing system, confirmation of appointments, inaccurate reporting of parts delivered, and automated phone response are awful…..1 star out of 10!!!! Can not wait until my annual contract expires so I can dump this repair contract!!!!

Repair service person did an efficient and speedy job as he has on 2 previous occasions. The first time was with a gas stove, the second time was with a stand up freezer, and this time diagnosing and relating why the bottom freezer portion of the refrigerator did not work properly.
