Derrick was great although the first thing he told me was that they don’t service undercounter refrigerators. I had dutifully input my model and serial numbers when I signed up for the service and yet nothing kicked back telling me you don’t service them. This was not Derrick’s fault. Thankfully he was willing to take a look anyway and much to my chagrin, it was a matter of pressing and HOLDING the “Cool On” button to fix the frig. It seems your appointment system needs to actually confirm that the model and serial number you ask us to input can be serviced or not. I would have been pretty upset if Derrick hadn’t been willing to look at our non-functioning frig!

Jev Geelar B. was very courteous and professional. I was advised of his arrival and he did arrive as per the update from the phone call. He was very quick repairing the machine, tester it before he left and advised that if i do experience any more problems to file a claim to further investigate the problem but was confident that he had fixed it
