The Tech didn't seem to have any of the info supplied for the repair. He suggested I pay for diagnostic & replace the unit, rather than pay for the repair. Much prefer a text when tech is on the way, rather than email updates.

Oven is still not operating. Repairman said that after he installed all those parts he thought the regulator was bad we just had the regulator changed and still no difference

First text massage- driver on the way at 11 AM. Second text message driver on the way at 3PM. 3:30 missed the only phone call, no message left, tried to call back 3 minutes after I missed the call. No answer.

It was reported to me that after the technician left the machine still was not functioning. The door was locked and the Machine did not work. I got no report from the technician on what he did if parts were replaced or if he actually ran a cycle to see if it was working. Hoping that this technician will return as soon as possible or immediately to get this machine working. We've waited almost 6 weeks now for this service and are very unhappy that this has not been resolved.

He did nothing. H said the contract did not cover the breather apparatus attached to the dishwasher. He also said it's possible the drain hoses from the dishwasher as well as those connected together from the disposal may be clogged. However he did not volunteer to inspect of clear any hoses, even those of the dishwasher, not did he volunteer to perform a standard dishwasher clean & tune up. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

I waited all week for my repair appt on my 4 month old washer. Appt scheduled for today. No reminder text as promised so I called the robot line. The robot line tells me my appt has been changed to Wednesday (2 days from now) and I am not even able to be home that day. No numbers to call to speak to someone about it. Horrible service. They give you a window of 8-5 so you lose a whole day and then they arbitrarily change it during that window so you loose another whole day. And I bet the part they ordered and had delivered to my house isn't even the correct one. I am so angry!
