Charles completed our repair quickly and told me what he found and gave me other information about my dryer. Super technician. The only drawback is your unusable AI. It kept calling me and not respinding at all when I answered. The same thing happened two weeks before, and we reported it. The question for you is, how long do you plan to leave this anoying AI situation? It was bad enough to make me consider other home maintenance services.

The repair was completed in a reasonable time even after the first post-repair test failed. David quickly spotted the problem (a wire had come off) and fixed it without further delay. It was lucky having another technician with David since it was much easier to get the microwave oven in and out of the cabinet with two people. I would be happy to recommend David for future repairs, but customers don't really get a choice. I can and do recommend Sears Appliance Service for any appliance repairs needed.
