Jeff was Great!!! SEARS communication is HORRIBLE
JEFF is awesome!!! This has been THE WORST experience. Jeff was the only person to contact even when it wasnt his responsibility. WHY IS THERE NO WAY TO SPEAK TO HUMAN IF YOU CALL SEARS. A BOT CANT ANSWER QUESTIONS! THIS WAS THE MOST FRUSTRATING SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! JUST BECAUAE OF NO ONE TO SPEAK TO!! THIS SIMPLE SERVICE CALL FOR A MICROWAVE TOOK OVER 2 MONTHS AND HONESTLY DON'T KNOW IF IT HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF YET WITH MY HOME WARRANTY PLAN. JEFF WENT WAY BEYOND HIS JOB!!! SEARS COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE.

My Mower Is Running Like New Again
By, Andy, giving my mower a tuneup which included an oil change, an air filter, fuel filter, new blades and airing all 4 tires, my mower is running like new, again. He even blew out all of the debris, which made my mower look clean. He was very nice and answered all of my questions without hesitation. He did all of the work in a timely manner. My mower and I, was pleased with the service.

Warren was al system here when he said he would be & was very polite & professional. This was the 3rd or 4th time he had to come out due to issues with parts ordered. One was broken when it arrived, one was left at someone else's house & one said it was delivered to Marconi but wasn't delivered. You should really check on your delivery & ordering services. I live in the city & my front door opens to the sidewalk & it is apparent that packages should not be left. No notice that the part was delivered & they should've at least knocked on my door so I know to pick up the package before it gets stolen!
