Technician great, poor Sears customer service!!!!
This is not the technician, he was great. He came out twice before to diagnose problem. Then he replaced parts, however he was not a Bosch certified repair person and said I needed a Bosch technician. After the repair the dryer still didn't dry, so I explained I needed Bosch technicians, Sears sent the same person again and he simply said I cannot fix, and he was very sorry. Again not his fault he was great.

Great Service
Juan arrived on time, and I walked him through the issue. After a short time troubleshooting, he was able to diagnose the problem and clearly explain the cost to repair it. Unfortunately, the repair cost was nearly the same as replacing the unit, so I chose not to move forward. There was absolutely no sales pressure—Juan completely understood my decision and was professional and courteous throughout the entire interaction.

Juan was very professional. He called when he was 30 mins out and showed up right on time. He was very knowledgeable about the refrigerator and took several pictures, which is something the other company did NOT do! He was very polite and a pleasure to work with.
