Dont get the warranty they never show up and if yoi cancel and it all there fault they still charge amd more money of you theu gave you promotion

Not really the techs fault but the repair didn't work. The fridge is still running warm so the part that was ordered may not be the problem. Now we're without a running fridge for another two weeks just for someone to return just to assess and who knows how much longer for the correct part. Their automated phone scheduling system sucks.

If I can give a zero I would. This is the lousiest service I have received in my life. My washer started acting up in April and up to this time, my issue has not been resolved. It wasn't until June did a technician finally came to my house to look @ the problem except that he never even opened the washer and ordered several parts for the washer. I had been calling customer service and notified them that I dod not want the same technician again and requested a second opinion. NEVER happened and to top it off, the same technician came. I let him replace all the parts which was done today. When he arrived, he never even knocked on my door. I heard noises and koticed he was already working on my washer. I was so desperate that I did not say a thing. 2 hrs later, he stated he finished. Before he left, we ran the washer and guess what. The Problem persists. Nothing is fixed. The same leak continues and then he said he needs to now change the motor and the tubing... any will need to wait another 3 wks before someone can come.

Bowman was here at 10:30 this Morning to fix the ice machine. Ice machine still Not working. No ice yet. It’s 5 0’ock. How Many visits before it gets fixed. New ice machine but not fixed.

Sears cancelled my confirmed appointment twice prior to actually getting a July 7 appointment. The tech finally called very late in the afternoon after 3pm, stating he has arrived. Tech looked at icemaker and stated nothing can be done and the icing problem cannot be remedied due to Hawaii's climate. Tech said he's worked as a tech for 15 years. If he knew these issues, he could of stated that issue that morning. Waited 2 appointments and 8 hours to find out the Samsung has this inherent issue of icing up. Strange didn't have this icing up issue from the get go and no technical bulletin to confirm this inherent issue with the Samsung double door refrigerator with the ice maker located in the fridge section. Very disappointed with Sears on how the repair ended. Automatic icemakers are not reliable. Sears Repair should have a better system to identify inherent issues. When tech arrived, he already knew the non repairable issues. Chipped some ice build up, 15 minutes left the house. Told us to use a screwdriver to clear icing issue. Wasted my whole day waiting for a tech.

Initial appointment 6/17 Bowman was cordial, he gave a diagnosis, ordered a part, he advised to turn off fridge for 24 hours. The part arrived via mail, and upon return visit 6/27 Bowman DID NOT do anything! He basically said that it’s working and he (without stating exact words) said it was us touching the settings, (which I told him we did not touch anything). I asked him to install the part that was delivered (since he was the one that ordered it) he refused and said he needed to take it with him. He said in order to confirm that the refrigerator isn’t working due to an issue. I have to turn it off for 24 hours again, turn it back on, reset it to 0 and 38 (which it was) and call back American home shield. Problem NOT fixed. I called AHS and they scheduled another appointment 7/3 (which was cancelled on the day of) after waiting 8-5 pm ALL DAY which I feel is an unacceptable window, at the 3 pm mark I get a text saying due to unforeseen circumstances they had to cancel and reschedule. 7/11 I waited ALL DAY 8-5 pm and then found out through AHS that Sears cancelled the 7/11 date and rescheduled to 7/25. They had no explanation or reason for the change. This was without my confirmation and I wasted my whole day waiting for them. I rescheduled many other important appointments because of this! Very unacceptable! I advised AHS to send my repair to another contractor and that I DID NOT want Sears back. On 7/25 I get a text that Sears is on their way and find out from my neighbors that they showed up ????? Horrible experience and I would NOT recommend Sears.

Paid $100 diagnostic fee repair man came out. Repair man ordered a couple parts to fix my refrigerator. Parts arrived and now I can't get anyone to come out and finish the repair. Multiple verified appointment dates were cancelled or no show, A.I. assistant says no appointment is scheduled and wants another $100 to start a new repair. This has been going on for 4 months now can't get anyone on the phone. I'M ABOUT TO OPEN A BBB COMPLAINT!!! TIRED OF THE RUN AROUND! Can anyone HELP????
