Excellent job by Kenneth. He called to check if we were available instead of waiting our appt. Days 10/7. He figured out the part installed prior wasn’t complete and therefore was causing washer to make the noise and not work right. Grateful to have our washer up and running. We spent a lot of money this past month going to the laundry mat. Thank you for the Best Technician Ever and we’ve been with Sears for 25 years!! - We paid for the Agitator and the Deposit $364… first time we had to pay for the part.

Our service technician Junny was nothing but the best. He was very professional, personable and thorough. Although service was outstanding the scheduling process has been the worst ever. Our family has been without a refrigerator for over two weeks. Attempting to schedule an appointment was the most challenging and frustrating part of this Warranty. Especially speaking with an AI operator with automatic messages that sends error messages or unable to schedule. We paid a lot for our appliance Warranty and would recommend that the scheduling process be improved big time. THANK YOU JUNNY. YOU WERE THE BEST OUT OF THE WHOLE WARRANTY EXPERIENCE. AWESOME 10/10 recommend JUNNY. (You deserve a raise for your outstanding service)

Kenneth fixed my washer. Very professional. I have used sears for over 25 yrs but it is disappointing that now it always takes 2 appts before it can be fixed. Plus most of the time I have to take off from work because Saturday appts are always booked. Don't like the virtual persons, very frustrating when you want answers & can't a live person, virtual is no help.

Kenneth was very helpful & very friendly. He made sure that my warranty with Sears was still active (warrenty might be a third party), which was cleared up. He rescheduled for a same day appointment. His service was above and beyond.

Kennethe was very helpful and good at his job . I as very happy with his customer service. I have no complains about him but do have complain about sears system . I was schedule to get my washer and microwave fixed on 4/18/26 . Morning of 4/18 I get a text that my washer appointment was reschedule without my knowledge. But my microwave stayed the same. I don’t appreciate changing my appoint without telling me and I specificity told people when I was making my appoint that I am taking off this day and want both things fixed . I have been a member with you guys for a while and this is how I get treated . I have an option to go somewhere else if this continues . And I was given time period from 8 a to 5 p and sears did not notify the the technician until after 6 pm . And it’s not the technician fault it’s sears that failed their customer. I have family members that have been complaining of sears service . It’s not the workers it’s sears system. There was no phone numbers to call only AI which does not answer anything for me. I pay lots of money on time and I dint get the service I deserve . Very disappointed with sears system . I have no complain about the technician.

Isidro great. He’s cordial, and efficient. The company/scheduling system is inefficient And can be an endless loop. Not even technicians know how to get a hold of a live person.

Isidro did a great job in diagnosing and ordering the right parts for my whirlpool washer. Parts came in on a timely basis and the installation by Isidro was professionally done. FYI….this job was covered by warranty.
