So thankful John showed up to do the actual repair. The original technician was far more opinionated on what his work area needed to look like when he came back to actually to the service/repair. John was awesome!! He went above and beyond to get the job done.

Repairman Donald arrived early because we were his first appointment for the day. He was very courteous and respectful of removing his shoes before entering our home without hesitation. He also was able to find the part before coming to make the repair of the turntable not turning. He was fast and it was easy to ask questions while he continued to work. We are very happy that we now have a fully functioning microwave!!

I'm so happy with the appliance repair. I requested an appt at 8 am, and he showed up around noon, he fixed our dishwasher in about 20 minutes. It was quite expensive, however ($320) which I wasn't expecting. Be sure to watch a couple YouTube videos to see if you can fix the problem yourself before you call a technician.
