Technician was professional and explained In detail what took place etc

Do not like Sears policy where we had to make a decision on the spot after the diagnosis.

Knowledgeable and quick. Friendly and caring.

Technician did a great job. Scheduled a preventive maintenance appt and was done in 15 minutes. He called before coming and showed up on time. I appreciated that he reminded me to continue scheduling another preventive maintenance as long as we had the warranty. Definitely left the fridge area cleaner than before the service. Hope to get him again next year.
