Kenneth was very helpful & very friendly. He made sure that my warranty with Sears was still active (warrenty might be a third party), which was cleared up. He rescheduled for a same day appointment. His service was above and beyond.

Kennethe was very helpful and good at his job . I as very happy with his customer service. I have no complains about him but do have complain about sears system . I was schedule to get my washer and microwave fixed on 4/18/26 . Morning of 4/18 I get a text that my washer appointment was reschedule without my knowledge. But my microwave stayed the same. I don’t appreciate changing my appoint without telling me and I specificity told people when I was making my appoint that I am taking off this day and want both things fixed . I have been a member with you guys for a while and this is how I get treated . I have an option to go somewhere else if this continues . And I was given time period from 8 a to 5 p and sears did not notify the the technician until after 6 pm . And it’s not the technician fault it’s sears that failed their customer. I have family members that have been complaining of sears service . It’s not the workers it’s sears system. There was no phone numbers to call only AI which does not answer anything for me. I pay lots of money on time and I dint get the service I deserve . Very disappointed with sears system . I have no complain about the technician.

Isidro great. He’s cordial, and efficient. The company/scheduling system is inefficient And can be an endless loop. Not even technicians know how to get a hold of a live person.

Isidro did a great job in diagnosing and ordering the right parts for my whirlpool washer. Parts came in on a timely basis and the installation by Isidro was professionally done. FYI….this job was covered by warranty.

Very professional and explained what happened when the first appointment was not kept. He would relay my dissatisfaction of waiting all day without notice of no appearance. He also advised that refrigerators can be included for maintenance check in Hawaii….not just cooling and heating appliances
