Technician, Donald is professional, and worked efficiently in fixing our microwave oven despite the process of scheduling is a mess. The system is terrible and speaking to customer service is of no help. We have had problems with trying to confirm appointments, no shows even after appointment was made. Trying to fix the microwave since May and only today 8/12/24 did we finally have it completed. Terrible scheduling fiasco with this “new” computer software AI system🙄 Technician came out in October 2024 for same microwave and it went out again 6 weeks later. Today Donald came out to look at the very same microwave for the exact same problem. It took Sears 8 weeks to finally come back out after the call was made in November. The computer rescheduled us twice without my request. It’s crazy this computer/AI crap. In any case, according to the Protection Warranty that we have it states that if the appliance cannot be fixed it can be replaced! When I spoke to a person at the warranty office he said it has to be after 3 times of when the appliance was serviced. Well it’s 3 times so I want it replaced! Thank you Donald for being helpful with my inquiries.
