Went to find out it is closed very disappointing, online does not make you aware of that. When I called the customer service department I was connected to someone with a strong accent in India.

The technician did not fix the problem. The work was a complete failure. My wife called to ask him to return and fix it; instead of returning, he told my wife that we need to submit a new claim with our warranty company. Unsatisfactory.

The tech diagnosed my fridge says it needs a defroster replacement and a few other parts, nothing to do with the ice maker. Then I get a message that they will not honor the repair because the ice maker is under Samsung warranty. My ice maker is working just fine!! It’s the refrigerator not cooling!!!!

I had to finish the job myself. the line he took out just need it to ve clean up. He was lazy and only clean up the tip. I cleap up the same line with a little bit of water. On top of that they charge me 65.00 dollars. I complain to sears they have to refund me my deposit.

Been having this issue ever since August. Today’s service was very disappointing. Last week I had a technician that came out to service my refrigerator because it is not cooling properly, freezer and ice maker defrosting and he said it was my compressor. Technician Ordered the part and said the soonest someone can come out is day before Thanksgiving. Okay fine, I can wait. Technician came out today and didn’t change my compressor and said refrigerator is cooling u just need to clean the back coil it’s clogged. Tried to tell him no it’s not just the dust, it’s more than that. Technician said no it’s the coil that has dust in it. So I said well I can’t understand why the other two technicians that came out wouldn’t check that and clean it. Technician said oh yah I not sure but your coil had dust and that’s probably the cause and I won’t change the compressor cause you don’t want to mess with that it can cause more problems. Well moral of the story, compressor was not replaced and refrigerator defrosted again. So I’m back to square one. So frustrating!!
