Cornelius s., the technician was on time, friendly and efficient. He replaced parts and showed us that the microwave was working properly and we are once again enjoying the convenience of having a working microwave.

Cornelius was great. He discovered the problem and went about fixing it. He helped clean all the ice from the freezer & explained everything that needed to be done. Very friendly & he did a great job!

Cornelius was an absolute joy to interact with. He was teaching another technician how to change the heating element in our dryer and was so patient & thorough. And he helped us with other issues that we want fixed in the future. I highly recommend him!
