Jimmy was very helpful but he didn’t have the parts that I had requested which is why I made this repair appointment He took photos of the parts that I need so could you please send it to me free of charge because this repair appointment is a Free appointment I was most blessed that Jimmy who cares about customers came to the residence today

Junny was arrived promptly. Was very courteous, professional and above all extremely knowledgeable. If I had my way I would request him for all of my repairs. He is a credit to Sear's repair service.

The tech, Junny did a good job. He is a 5 star. BUT Sears was not as good. They get a 1 Star. I had an appointment the Sunday before this appointment but no one showed up and I didn't get a call from Sears either. I wasted a weekend and am not too happy. I had to call again, wait on hold and then make another schedule where a tech, Junny, showed up.
