Lani, Sears Tech Lead, did an amazing miracle in repairing both of my refrigerators. She knew exactly what the issue was and in no time, it was fixed. Both refrigerators work like they are brand new.

Junny provided excellent service from his first visit. His professionalism is great. Sears needs more like him. I have been trying to get the repairs done for approximately 3 months, since the first visit when no trouble was found. I was told to call back if it reoccurred . When it did reoccur, I called back and reached the technical specialists who order parts for a repair on 2 separate occasions, and I was told parts were ordered and I would receive them in 9 working days . I never received them. An expedite was placed on an order, and still no parts. I called back again and was told that the parts cost exceeded his authorization limit and he was referring it back to repair for a follow up visit, which was assigned to Junny who diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts and followed up today with the long overdue repairs. Again Junny provided excellent service. I realize Sears is in turmoil, but their customer service is terrible. I’m seriously contemplating discontinuing Service with Sears Home Services. The Master Protection Agreement has been my go to for 22 years. I sincerely hope it can be revitalized. Thank you very much. Contact from corporate would go a long way to keeping my business.

Lani was very prompt and customer service oriented. She told me about the washing machine cleaner tablets which I never knew about. I also had a dryer maintenance scheduled for the same afternoon and she tried to find out who was taking care of the servicing so she could do it instead since she was already here. Unfortunately she wasn't able to find out who it was so I had to wait a couple more hours to get the servicing done,
