Excellent diagnosis and quick complete repair work . Went to use washer this evening and found pump not removing water from wash cylinder,and shuts down. Need to reschedule another appointment to get washer working again.

Kenneth was knowledgeable on repairing our washing machine. He answered my questions readily. I rate him 5 🌟. However, if parts are necessary, the customer service department should review the problem in advance with the customer and order the parts. Instead a previous technician, Jerald H came to look at the washer and ordered the necessary parts. It is wasted time spent for the technician and customer. I needed to wait another week for another appointment with a technician. Today my appointment was between 8:00a-12 noon. AI keeps changing the arrival time. Kenneth finally arrived at 3:15p! There should be a human call number available instead of AI who is limited to basic questions/answers. Thank you.

Junny is AN AMAZING SEARS TECHNICIAN!! He has been to our home, servicing our refrigerator since 2011.. I hope Sears realizes GREAT EMPLOYEES LIKE HIM.. He has always met the needs of our concerns and I I'mknow he has been with Sears for over 20 plus years. I truly hope he is paid well since he is an AMAZING employee..
