I had a great experience with Edwin from Sears Home Services. They quickly had the problem fixed. What stood out was their attention to detail. They adjusted the legs so the machine wasn’t off-balance. Edwin was friendly throughout the visit. Highly recommend!

Service by Ken was great but nobody showed up the day before and no one called to say they could not keep the appointment. So while Ken was great today the overall service gets an average of 2 stars because of the no-show no-call for the earlier appointment. I still don’t know why there was a no show yesterday.
