Technician Ken was excellent. He quickly determined the loud noises and shaking of the washer was due to the suspension rods. He showed me the difference between the old and new rods so I understood the problem. After replacing the four rods Ken checked the drum to make sure it was suspended correctly. Problem solved! Later when I put a load in the washing machine nothing happened; the washer did not work. I couldn’t talk to anyone at Sears Repair and only got Samantha AI so I had to schedule another appointment….very frustrating! After trying to figure out what’s wrong I discovered the water had not been turned back on. Problem solved and I can wash my clothes!

Ken returned to install the parts he ordered to correct washing machine problem. The washer was not completing the wash cycle when on the “bulky/bedding” setting. I just completed a wash on that setting and the machine is working fine! Ken does great work.
