Getting this appointment was almost too much - postponed 4X, the last postponement was someone marking it as “Completed” - and I was waiting from 8a -5p for someone to come - dishwasher still broken. The system needs to be fixed - it isn’t efficient.

Lani did a great job...explaining the cause of our noisy refrigerator and recommended solution. She ordered the parts and replaced the bad one in minutes. We are happy with Lani servicing our appliance.
