Jeremaih arrived well within the scheduled time frame, called in advance and diagnosed the problem. He had the parts with him and fixed the problem in less than 1/2 an hour. He then did a second diagnostic test to confirm the problem was corrected and cleaned up before he left. Overall, an excellent experience!
