Nicholas was professional found the problem and actually brought tools with him. The other tech they sent about 2 weeks ago was a jerk, unknowledgeable and did nothing other than getting paid for nothing.. I would be very pleased to has Nicholas come back anytime to service any appliance I have.

Daniel was/is excellent. Communication is grand, he explained everything in terms of that EVEN I could understand. Arrived on time and got straight to work. Replaced the part requiring replacement and accepted our thanks. Nice and knowledgeable man.

James is a very well trained, and knowledgeable tech. He did an excellent job troubleshooting the problem. I think he should train younger thec's. Most of the service technicians I've had in the past have been parts replacers.

Sears Repair Service has made three appointments to fix my refrigerator and has not shown up. They had me buy the part for $630 and have not even returned to repair the refrigerator. They haven’t even had the courtesy of notifying me whether they were coming or not. I haven’t even heard from them about Rescheduling.

Your repairman told a lie about what was wrong about it two sheets and two pillows case wàs wrapped around the agitater and the washer was smelling of something burning .
