The problem started with scheduling. I made and appointment that got canceled 3 times because of staff related issues. I miss work all those times. For today’s appointment the Technician left without fixing anything. I am not able to speak to anyone live at sears Service. I used their chat automated system for my ice machine and asked if he can look at our refridgerater as well so he doesn’t have to come back. Chat told me absolutely he will make a note of it. Technician comes and only has work order for refridgerater and not the ice machine. Had back and forth about I will need to create another work order and then he can fix it. I told him then he needs to let his company know the automated chat didn’t tell me any of that information and he needs to let them know since I cannot speak to anyone. Then he said he had to go to the car and then just left. Called the technician and he did not answer. I called GE (the manufacturer and they even told me they can’t speak to anyone love either and they’re the manufacturer so she sympathized with my frustration. Be ware of this company that is completely unprofessional!
