Mr. John was very thorough and worked efficiently!!! I asked questions from the time that he arrived and while he was repairing the dryer. Mr. John didn’t let that distract him, or slow him down. He explained the tools he used, provided knowledge on dryer parts, and cleaned up behind himself before departing. Oh and he solved the problem…my dryer is heating now! I didn’t have to wait on a part to be ordered. He happened to have an extra part on his truck. Truly a blessing! Job well done! I highly recommend!!! A+++ service
