I do not care for talking to virtual assistants; I’d rather talk to a person. However, I give SAR five stars because of the technician, John McMein. He represents the company well. He knows what he is doing and he knows how to work with the customers. I would hire him in a heartbeat and pay him well. SAR…don’t lose this one!

Jonathan with Sears Appliance Repair provided outstanding service. He did a great job repairing our GE refrigerator and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The line was first checked for leaks, and once the repair required an additional part, Jonathan ordered it and returned within three business days, just as promised, to complete the installation. We couldn’t have asked for better service, professionalism, or follow-through. Highly recommend Sears Appliance Repair if your refrigerator isn’t cooling as it should.

Gregory Baldree has excellent people skills excellent customer service excellent knowledge of air conditioning unit repair. The only problem I have with the technician you sent to me is that you need to clone him and make two of him because your company could really benefit from that. 🙏🏼
