Ray was great! He really knew the appliance. He ordered the part, had it here in a couple of days…& was prompt in scheduling the return appointment. Not only that, he sent me a text which added the date/time to my calendar. And he sent me reminders prior to the appointment each time! Very personable. Great job ..,& fast! Thank you!

Jon M- Exceptional Service - He came out to diagnose an issue with my refrigerator and was friendly, professional, and very thorough. Communication was excellent, and he made scheduling—and even rescheduling—easy and stress-free. He quickly identified the problem, ordered the part, and had the fridge fully fixed within 2 days. Fast turnaround, great attitude, and top-notch work. Highly recommend!
