Greg was professional and courteous. He evaluated the ice maker and ran diagnostics on it. He was also training another individual, I believe his name was Travis. Travis was professional as well. He ultimately replaced the ice maker. I had purchased an extended warranty for my French Door refrigerator/freezer with no deductible. Well worth it!
