Jonathan M, our technician, was absolutely the best part of our whole experience with Sears Appliance Repair service. Parts delays caused appointment and work completion delays, but his expertise and efficiency made up for those delays.

Even though my washer did not get fixed on the very first visit my technician Nicholas diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts and scheduled my next appointment. Very professional and very knowledgeable of his job. Very friendly and got me back in business. A huge thanks to Nicholas and sears for their up to date messaging system to keep you informed of what’s going on and when your tech will arrive

Ray was great! He really knew the appliance. He ordered the part, had it here in a couple of days…& was prompt in scheduling the return appointment. Not only that, he sent me a text which added the date/time to my calendar. And he sent me reminders prior to the appointment each time! Very personable. Great job ..,& fast! Thank you!
