The Tech Greg was on time and prolite, but Sear is over charging, they were going to charge me twice as much as I paid for the freezer. That’s why the land fields are full of appliances Survey I said Greg was on time and polite but still is over charging. They were going to charge me twice as much I paid for the freezer.

I would have given him a 5 but there was water left on the floor. Not a lot but enough that needed to mopped up.

Great response for repairs by SEARS service. Had to change appointment a few times which was on me. Repairman was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Did not have part needed to repair dryer. Next day delivery of part to house. Repairman returned day after part arrived. No extra call fee. Replaced part and gave advice on cleaning dryer line. Overall good service.
