Technician said he was coming back and never did...

They suck they didn't show up for my appointment last Saturday, and when you call you talk a robot. I stopped trying to call go some where else.

When the tech actually makes the appointment it is great. I have been rescheduled on twice now with a same day notice. So I have cleared two entire days for nothing at this point. When you try and contact someone about it you just get a foreign call center that can only give you pre scripted answers and they can't help with anything. The only reason I'm using them at this point is because it is who my warranty company has chosen. I'd consider making this a better review if I could actually speak with someone who had actual answers and not just platitudes and pre scripted nonsense that is not helpful to anyone. After the reply from the business I called the number. No surprise, it was completely automated and did not give me an option to speak with a person. They just reply with copy and paste responses, and hope that people don't follow up.

CAVEAT EMPTOR! Run away and do not hire sears repair. Technician was knowledgeable and good, but service fees insanely expensive. My elderly mother’s dryer needed a new thermal fuse ($5 -$!20 part before markup). It is a simple replace and takes less than 30 minutes. Sears replaced and charged $299 for the labor. Sears is insanely expensive and equates to highway robbery. Shame as the Sears name used to stand for good service for a great value. I do not recommend Sears repair under ANY circumstance.

SEARS APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. DO NOT HIRE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I was forced by my home warranty provider to use Sears to repair my A/C unit and I DO NOT recommend. They are committing fraud against the the home warranty company. It has been almost 2 months and my AC unit has not been repaired, however the technician has been to my home 5 times and I've had to pay 2 service call fees. If they send the technician Gregory (Greg) request someone else. He is the technician who has been to my home 5 times. I would rate Greg the technician and Sears Appliance Repair a zero if I could, but unfortunately I have to rate with a star.

Terrible service. Made an appointment, no one ever showed up, never called to inform us of not showing up. When calling to figure out what is going on I get transferred again and again and everyone says “all I can do is schedule you another appointment” which happens to be another 2 weeks out! Ridiculous. Rude workers, 0 customer service

I follow Google maps and it led me to DHS and when I asked around Sears was not in this location and hasn't been for over a decade. I'll give you a one star because I can't get through to your corporate number or even your local number. I've experienced undo amount of stress heartbreak resentment bitterness etc because of impersonal, unprofessional automated systems. I've tried so many different numbers today I tried so many different ways of going about getting our insulation repaired and we've been trying for 2 years and we haven't got a hold of anybody that can be honest. They keep saying we'll call you back and guess what that never happens I don't know anything about your personal store can't get through to find out. This rating will change if I actually get a hold of somebody but the words will remain the same it will just be updated. This address no longer exists. I even tried driving to this location, and guess what it no longer exists. It is now the department of human services and has been for a considerable amount of time probably a decade or so according to what I was told.

This is the third time that nobody has showed up but I am getting a message as if they have been here. The worst I have ever seen.

I had 2 service techs come to my house on 2 separate days causing me to take off work both days. The first one said I have to order parts and reschedule. The second came to my house at 4:30 pm and took the machine apart and said I ran out of time at 5:00pm put the machine back together forged a signature (because I never signed anything with him) for service rendered; ordered all these different parts and left. Only for me to take the machine apart myself and find there was just a clog pump and now the machine is back working no parts needed. Sears you owe me a refund.
