Tech arrived at 8:00 am to my pleasant surprise. Went straight to the task, was knowledgable about my freezer, and how to address the issue. He performed checks to identify possible areas to inspect and located the issue quickly. He was able to show me indications of the failure and explained clearly what the indications suggested. In the end the issue was a refrigerant leak. He explained what the repair would involve and the time it was expected to make the repair. Due to the age of the unit I determined that it was not cost effective to repair and so i would replace the freezer. The technician was very cordial and professional. I would gladly have him back again should the need arise.

I sent a copy of the washing machine to repairman. The washing machine is still moving all around in the laundry room. We are very unhappy after 3 visit plus ordering pairs. As of now very very unhappy
