He was very good and professional.! But the cost of the repair was very unreasonable. I chose to not have the repair done by Sears and will never have them back I paid $129.00 for the service call- but when he told me that the water inlet valve replacement would cost over $600.00 I told him to forget it. I have since learned that the cost of the valve was less than $50.00 and that to do the repair was a simple do it yourself job. I figure that Sears just tried to rip me off.
