Technician , Gregory arrived a few minutes ahead of time, and went to work on the problem with my AC unit right away. He replaced the motor with a new one. I am a happy camper. 🙂

Even though my washer did not get fixed on the very first visit my technician Nicholas diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts and scheduled my next appointment. Very professional and very knowledgeable of his job. Very friendly and got me back in business. A huge thanks to Nicholas and sears for their up to date messaging system to keep you informed of what’s going on and when your tech will arrive
