I was very pleased with the service call I had from Tyson today. All my questions about the washer and service were answered. I was also advised and offered options for future service. He arrived on schedule and I was notified via text about 30 minutes before he arrived which was very nice! My technician was very polite and respectful and if I ever need help from Sears A&E Appliance Repair I hope I get the same technician! He was very knowledgeable and focused. Happy customer here!
