The technician that came out was very nice but he was young and I dont think he knew what he was looking for or doing. We paid 130 just for him to run some test and tell us nothing was wrong. Our fridge was freezing everything in it from middle shelve down and he told us it was just because that is how those fridges were made. We called someone else and they came out and instantly knew what the problem was and fixed it and we haven't had a problem since. Tried calling the store to get a refund and talk to someone but cant because it's all automative.

AI is deceptive and ignorant at best. I have been testing AI for quite some time. It's in results is a confused deceptive entropy. Nothing good can be gained in its current standing. You're basically enabling delusion, until it reaches total entropy. It's information given to you is faulty at best. I have been testing some of the top three rated. Failure and entropy was there ultimate end. You call this number and all you have is AI to speak with. It is unprofessional. Irregardless of your company limitations. Companies that came before you who have struggled, who did not have ai made better choices. I grew up with Sears. However if you cannot run a business decently and professionally. It is best to not linger and just let it die. Adapt and overcome. Logic dictates.

I have been waiting without ac now going on 3 weeks. The part for this was ordered and delivered to the techs home per the company. The tech Gregory says he does not know where it is. Has not given an update on what is gonna be done to get me fixed. They know seeing you appointments but no part?? Why? I am contacting the better business bureau and my attorney. I have the ordered number for this where is the part? Never an answer. Can’t talk to anyone at Sears it’s all automated. This is horrible to make ppl wait like this. Gregory does not respond only with a I don’t know.

Called and set up to have service done today and never had a tech come out or even call saying they weren’t come. Took a day off to have them come and look at my washer for absolutely nothing what a waste of time. Will never use them again.
