If I ever need service again I would want him, he knows what he is doing and very good at what he does. And I love that he was here early instead of waiting til 5 to come now I can enjoy the rest of my day..

My expierence with the technician was good. He did what he said he was going to do, seemed knowledgable, and was efficient. I am very disappointed in the scheduling process. Most people dont have the luxery of taking an entire day off for a technician to come out. An 8 hour window is to long, why can't it be a 4 hour window so people only have to take half a day off work. Morning or afternoon, it should be that simple.

The repair tech was great but this company is nothing but a scam. They quoted me $130 to come repair my dryer and said the part would be covered under my 10 year limited part warranty. Cost jumped to $350 to replace a $35 part in less than 2 minutes. Trying to get in touch with anybody to discuss everything is a nightmare. Find another company to do your repairs!

The technician never came, after I had rescheduled twice, which took over two weeks by the way. He literally came in the driveway, just pulled right back out and never came back. I got a call at the time of the repair which just flashed for a bit. Like when someone calls and just immediately hangs up. I tried calling back multiple times, but it went straight to voicemail. This was for a warranty repair by the way, in which the washer broke within the first few uses. I can’t even get someone competent and fast to come out to fix it unless I want to pay for it myself. It’s just such a frustrating and annoying experience.

Sneaky appointment for services.. the technician can’t even diagnostic the problem with my Kenmore refrigerator.. Then charged for $120 for technician came to the house and said “ I can’t do anything with your refrigerator. Then they’re asking to purchase home guaranteed services.. my recommendation to all consumers, if your refrigerator has a problem.. please take the service money and put them into your new refrigerator..
